When they sent it to you from europe, was the inside in another language, or english?

much did it cost altogether for you to get it sent, etc?

I'm from Spain and I ordered the cd in a Spanish website that import international music. The cd inside is in english. It has no booklet, in carton case, with just songs credits and thank yous.

In US sites (Amazon.com, Cduniverse.com) it is very expensive, I think it's better you purchase in Amazon.de, but not sure about shipping cost to US.
